Reinforced Bone Meal

Summary
Reinforced Bone Meal is bone meal and biomass pressed into pellets. Ordinary bone meal does not always work: a sapling grows with a 45 % chance and only on the second successful use, a mushroom with a 40 % chance, and a crop advances by a random 2–5 stages. The reinforced kind removes the luck: right-clicking a plant gives the result on the first try, and if there can be no result, the pellet stays in your hand.

When the meal is not used up
The meal is consumed only if something actually grew. It stays in your hand and leaves the world
- the tree has no room — the sapling goes back to the state it was in before the click;
- the plant is already mature, or bone meal has no effect on it;
- a plant from this mod or another mod did not accept the growth (soil, light, moisture);
- the block is listed in the exclusion tag;
- the spot is protected (a claim, spawn protection) or another mod forbade the use.
The exception is the sea floor: there the meal is used up just like ordinary bone meal, even if nothing grew.

Progression
It appears together with the fermenter: biomass drops from it by chance. It is needed wherever luck gets in the way — on a tree farm and in a planting that has to be harvested right away.
