Components

Dust and related intermediates (plate, billet) — what the Macerator and other machines turn ores into.

An ingot smelted from a vanilla iron ingot — the base material for the mod's tools, armor and block.

The gear family — stone, iron, gold and silver; crafting components for machinery still to come.

The base crafting component — the 'brain' of nearly every LV machine and storage block.

A full-cube base block for building machines — from 8 iron plates. LV machines (macerator, extractor, compressor) are crafted on top of it.

A crafting component — copper cable wound on a tin core; gates the Electric Drill.

The first EU/FE carrier — a 2 000 EU/FE rechargeable battery that stacks by charge level and gives its energy back to the grid or to another item.

Water mill wheel — placed in the wheel slot of a water mill; without it, no generation. Three grades: a better wheel makes more EU/FE and lasts far longer. Wears out while generating.

Wind turbine blades — placed in the rotor slot of any T1/T2 wind mill; without it, no generation. Three grades: a better rotor makes more EU/FE and lasts far longer. Wears out while generating.

A hand-held diagnostic tool — right-click a cable to view that power network's stats and highlight it in the world.

The blank base for machine upgrade chips; has no effect on its own.

Three evolution chips — solar (day), lunar (night) and resonance (the third rung) — that evolve basic panels and wind mills into T2 and the T2 day panel onward, carrying accumulated NBT energy over.

A material made from oil and sulfur — the Polymerizer makes raw rubber, then a heated Vulcanizer turns it into rubber.

The MV tier of the circuit — the base board rewired with gold and sealed in rubber.

A full-cube base block for MV machines — a plain casing with two advanced circuits, clad in 6 tempered-iron plates.

The choke in three tiers — a winding on a laminated core that smooths surges in the line; each tier is built around the one below it.

Cut from a carbon briquette, four at a time; four plates assemble into a block of carbon ceramic.

The core barrel and the column and row bore modules — the parts an upgrade that makes a drill dig three blocks tall or wide (together, a cross of five blocks) is built from.

A crafting material that is never crafted directly: its blank absorbs 500 000 EU/FE in a charge slot and turns into the finished crystal, which holds no charge of its own.

One of the three sheets of a work town's hall restoration plan — it lies in a fixed spot of every town of its style and a lost one can be crafted; three sheets of one style are put together into a restoration plan at the dispatcher.

The blank module — the common base for item upgrades — and the first module made from it, the electromagnet filter module.

Three chips set the Incubator's mode — duplicate, transform or create. They are never consumed, but without one the machine will not start.

The plan of one of the four capsule house types of a work town. The town learns it once and for good, and then the drones restore and build houses of that type. Found in the ruin of its house, or crafted.

The plan a construction drone restores a work-town building by; it carries only a reference to the intact template of its style's building. Put together from three plan sheets at the dispatcher.

Basic and reinforced bearings — rotating joints for machinery, built from parts that until now had almost no consumer recipe.

Materials only the Incubator yields: the four first rungs of the evolution ladders, plus depleted uranium and irradiated slag.

The Spatial Crystal, the Resonance Coil and the Random Jump Chip — three steps that unlock the teleporter's random jump.

A crafting material that is never crafted directly: its blank absorbs 1 500 000 EU/FE in a charge slot and turns into the finished crystal, which holds no charge of its own.

Three tiers of clots — the grid's surplus, frozen solid by the Energy Condenser. The main ingredient of overclockers; tiers II and III also go into crystals.

Fired in the alloy smelter from two double carbon rods and slag; split into plates one way only — the quench press.

Sixteen coal dust under the press; two rods under the forge hammer make a doubled one — the first two rungs of the ceramic chain.

The EU/FE armour intermediates: thread is plated in the Galvanic Bath, four threads make one bolt of cloth — and cloth is what repairs the finished set.

A crafting material that is never crafted directly: its blank absorbs 100 000 EU/FE in a charge slot and turns into the finished crystal, which holds no charge of its own.
